TUITION POLICY

• Tuition is due and payable on the first of each month or can be brought in during the first class lesson of the month or mailed to the studio.
• We accept cash, checks or credit cards.
• To keep tuition down, the studio does not do billing unless tuition is late.
• Tuition paid after the 10th will be assessed a $15 late fee.
• After the 20th of the month, the late fee will be $20.
• Returned check fee is $25.
• Tuition is based on a four-week month.
• There is no additional charge for the occasional 5th week as this is considered a “makeup lesson” for the holidays the studio is closed.
• McCoy Rigby Dance Academy will close for most legal holidays including the weekend following
  Thanksgiving and the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day.
• Any lesson missed due to holidays or illness/injury may be made up in the same type of class within 30 days from the date missed.
• Tuition will not be adjusted to offset missed lessons as each student holds a reserved spot in the class.
• Please notify the studio in advance of any absences or vacations.All evaluations are charged as a single lesson.
